Cancellation Policy
Private Sessions ~ Private sessions may be canceled or rescheduled by contacting us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Requests made with less than 24 hours' notice cannot be guaranteed. Private sessions that are not canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance are non-refundable. Group Sessions ~ All group session registrations are non-refundable. Your payment reserves a spot in the group that cannot be offered to another player. If you are unable to attend your scheduled group session, no refund, credit, or rescheduling will be provided.
